Employers posting positions must be legitimate registered legal entities. All job postings undergo algorithmic and human verification:

• Job listings must represent genuine, currently open salaried positions.
• Clear job details regarding workplace model (Remote, Hybrid, On-site), compensation, and qualifications must be provided.
• Employers are strictly prohibited from demanding registration fees, training deposits, or payment of any kind from applicants.

We enforce a strict Zero Tolerance Policy against fraudulent activities. The following violations result in immediate account termination:

• Asking candidates to transfer money under the guise of visa processing, equipment costs, or interviews.
• Posting pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM), or commission-only tasks disguised as full-time employment.
• Harvesting candidate resumes for unsolicited marketing or unauthorized distribution.
